'Nicholas Nickleby' by Charles Dickens

Book, 'Nicholas Nickleby' by Charles Dickens. The front page is inscribed 'Wilfred from mother. Souvenir of your safe return home, from the South Pole, 1st August 1931'. This book was bought at a second hand book shop by the donor's grandmother for 30 cents (sometime after 1966 when Australia converted to decimalisation). The second voyage returned to London on 1st August 1931 which links with the inscription.
