Circular badge, Space Mission Patch taken from STS-128, a mission to the International Space Station on board SS Discovery, 29 August-12 September 2009. Oval badge mainly light and dark blue with images of shuttle with yellow star and rays, earth globe and satellite. Names of crew round the edge; Sturckow, Ford, Forrester, Hernandez, Olivas, Stott and Furglesang. Three space walks were carried out during the mission which removed and replaced a material processing experiment outside ESA's Columbus module and returned an empty ammonia tank assembly.
