Document, part of a collection of archives relating to the National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904. This particular object are notes, taken for the Lyttelton Times, concerning the Morning and her role as a relief ship in the National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904. Notes written on ten sheets coloured card in black ink and list the technical specifications, costs and full crew of the ship originally known as the ‘Morgen’ and built and launched in Tonsberg, Norway in 1871. Dated 17/11/1902.
