Flight Suit, belonging to NASA astronaut James F. Reilly (Jim) worn as part of his third mission to the International Space Station (STS-117) on board the Space Shuttle Atlantis from 8th June 2007 to 22nd June 2007. Royal blue cotton fabric all in one suit with various zipped pockets on chest, arms and legs. NASA and Mach 25 badges stitched to chest. Jim Reilly name badge attached by 'velcro', stars and stripes flag badge sewn to left upper arm. Badge on upper right arm with space shuttle and the surnames of all the crew members from STS 177 "Sturckow/ Archambault/ Forrester, Swanson, Olivas, Reilly/ 117". James Reilly is an American geologist and former NASA astronaut who went to the International Space Station on three seperate missions. He was mission specialist on board STS-89 on the Space Shuttle Endeavor (23.01.98-31.01.98), STS-104 on board Atlantis (12.07.01-25.07-01) and STS 117 also on board Atlantis (08.06.07-22.06.07). Jim is pictured (far right) wearing this flight suit, along with the rest of the crew of STS-117 after landing at Edwards Air Force Base, California on 22 June 2007.
