Certificate, Employment of Disabled Men
Certificate (framed) presented to Malcolm Ogilvie & Co. Ltd. signed by T.J. Macnamara, Minister of labour for the National Scheme for the employment of Disabled Men from 1920-1922. This was to honour the fact the company had given the required undertaking to employ an approved percentage of disabled ex-servicemen, and can therefore use the Seal of Honour. No date but relates to after World War I.
