Halley's Picnic 1956-57
Film, rolled into metal container, 16mm, colour and silent, entitled 'Halleys's Picnic 1956-1957, showing workers of Wallace Craigie Works (owned by Halleys) and their families on a family picnic in Kirriemuir in 1956 and then in St.Andrews at 1957. The film which lasts 14.39 minutes shows families taking part in sack races, running races and egg and spoon races as well as children playing on the playground and families enjoying pies and tea. The film is stored in a aluminum reel entitled 'Picnic 1956-57'. Film rolled into metal container.
