Document, eighteen pages, containing observations on the activities of the National Antarctic Expedition Meteorological survey carried out between 1901-1904. The paper was written by Edward Wilson and contains details of all the different types of observations made and how they were affected by adverse weather conditions. It forms the basis of practical advice through empirical experience for those who wished to carry out such observations. The document is held together by one brass paperclip inserted through a hole in each sheet.The individual sheets of paper are written on one side only and have some marking and dirt on each one.
