Memo, on U.L.R.O. headed paper from A.R. Gow, Director and General Manager, to the various heads of departments including Mr. Muir, re Staff Re-organisation, dated 30.3.50. Associated with Mr. Colin Muir, who was employed by U.L.R.O. from 1943 until 1956 ( Sales Manager 1950 - 1956 ) and was engaged in the research and development of the Circular Loom.
