Article entitled 'South Pole men- varied careers', relating to the careers of some of the polar explorers, mentions Charles Royds (Lieutenant on the National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904), Reginald Skelton (Engineer on the same expedition) and Edward Evans (Lieutenant on the Morning and Terra Nova Expedition). Part of a scrapbook belonging to William R. Colbeck, 2nd Officer on the "Discovery" during BANZARE 1929-1931 and son of William Colbeck, captain of the "Morning", the relief ship for the Discovery during the National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904.
