The article is entitled 'Seamen and the empire - Sir Burton Chadwick's tribute for services rendered', refering to MP's Sir Robert Burton Chadwick tribute to the hard work of the British Mercahant Navy. Part of a scrapbook belonging to William R. Colbeck, 2nd Officer on the "Discovery" during BANZARE 1929-1931 and son of William Colbeck, captain of the "Morning", the relief ship for the Discovery during the National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904.
