Magazine cutting, from "The Blue Peter" which features a letter from Rupert G England (officer onboard the Morning Relief Expedition) noting the death of William Colbeck (Captain of the "Morning", which made two trips to Antarctica as a relief vessel for the "Discovery" during the British National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904.). Features a black and white photograph of the "Morning" vessel on the bottom left hand side of the article. Belonging to a collection of papers associated with William R. Colbeck, 2nd Officer on the "Discovery" during Banzare 1929-1931 and son of William Colbeck, captain of the "Morning", the relief ship for the Discovery during the National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904.
