Newspaper cutting, collected by Australian Press Cuttings; - contains 2 cuttings with labels all joined together. The first taken from 'The Daily Telegraph', dated 16th April 1931 relating to the 'Hydrological notes' of BANZARE. The second article is taken from the 'The Queenslander', dated 30th April 1931 concerning the biological work taking place on BANZARE (British Australian New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition). Part of a scrapbook belonging to William R. Colbeck, 2nd Officer on the "Discovery" during BANZARE 1929-1931 and son of William Colbeck, captain of the "Morning", the relief ship for the Discovery during the National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904.
