Letter, copy, from William Colbeck to an unknown person (possibly the High Commissioner). Handwritten on Morning crested paper and headed Christchurch, dated 14/5/1903. The letter concerns the raising of funds for the relief expeditions. Belonging to a collection of papers associated with William Colbeck, Captain of the "Morning", which made two trips to Antarctica as a relief vessel for the "Discovery" during the British National Antarctic Expedition 1901-1904.
