Poem, verse written at the Salavge Club, London and dated 6th July 1901 by Harrison Hill. Handwritten on crested Expedition note paper with the inscription 'H F Ferrar Esq., with the author's best wishes for a safe voyage and happy return, Harrison Hill, National Antarctic Expedition, Adieu. To Commander Scott RN and the officers and men of the "Discovery", Impropmtu verses written and sung at the Salvage Club, London, July 6 1901, by Harrison Hill'. The verse is written inside. Part of a collection of archives belonging to Hartley Ferrar, geologist on Discovery 1901-1904.
