Baxter's Brothers - Scottish Country Dancing

Photograph, black and white, part of a collection of photographs depicting social activities organised by the jute mills. This particular collection relates to trips organised by Baxter Brothers Works, including activities such as work outings, tea dances and dinner dances held at Gray's Rooms, Perth Road, Dundee. The photographs belonged to Daisy Tasker a weaver at Baxter Brothers, who entered the mill at 14. This particular photograph shows Scottish Country Dancing, possibly in the work's canteen. David Tasker (Daisy's husband) is pictured on the far left of the photograph.
