Film, 16mm, black and white and silent film entitled 'Dundee Jute', lasting 15.34 minutes this shows jute processing at Wallace Craigie Works, dated 1948.This won an award at the Scottish amateur film awards in 1949. It was directed by J R Halley for Wallace Craigie Works in Dundee. The films shows raw jute being delivered to the works, softened, batched and processed.
