Box, blue box, containing jute samples issued by the ‘Association of Jute Spinners and Manufacturers: Public Relations Office, 4 Chamber of Commerce Buildings, Dundee’. Inner label on lid reads, ‘Jute Uses’ and features a map of India and Bangladesh. Contains samples of jute at various stages of processing from: jute cane, raw jute, first and second process in spinning, jute yarn (2 ply and 3 ply) and a variety of finished cloth samples.
